Who's brilliant idea was it to move this app to the Vodapay app??? I have 3 contracts, but can only link my main number to the Vodapay app. This means I can't convert any of my Vodabucks on the other 2 contracts, which is a lot btw. Also one can't check your balances on the Vodapay app. On this app all my contracts were linked and I could check the balances for each one which was super easy and practical. Why complicate things for your customers. You're supposed to make their life easy

Widget never works! You have to open the app to view/refresh your balances. Fix these problems already! Edit (29/6/2017): App is crashing all the time! It slows my phone and drains my battery. I just uninstalled this App yet again, don't waste your time. There's always problems, been many years now & nothing being done to fix! Edit #2 (27/6/2023): App and widget still doesn't work properly, I've installed, cleared cache yet still problematic! Tried on many phones all these years, same story!

This is probably one of the most unreliable apps I have ever used. When you need it the most to buy airtime or data, it throws errors or just shows an infinite loading screen, this happens on a daily basis and last a few hours before you can do anything. Developers, really!!? These issues have been happening the past few years. I would rather *111# when that works! FIX YOUR APP!!!
